Working With Nine Eleven RSR
Vehicle Condition Acknowledgment:
I confirm that the condition of my vehicle has been inspected and recorded by Nine Eleven RSR at the time of drop-off. I acknowledge and accept that this report accurately reflects the state of my vehicle, including any pre-existing damages, mechanical issues, or missing components. I understand that Nine Eleven RSR shall not be held liable for any claims regarding the vehicle’s condition that are inconsistent with this recorded assessment.
Personal Belongings:
I confirm that I have removed all valuable items from my vehicle before handing it over to Nine Eleven RSR. I acknowledge that Nine Eleven RSR shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Pre-existing Mechanical Issues:
I acknowledge that Nine Eleven RSR is not responsible for any pre-existing mechanical, electrical, or structural issues that may be discovered during the repair process. Additionally, I understand that unforeseen complications may arise during repairs, and I consent to being notified of such issues before any additional work is carried out.
Test Drive & Performance:
I authorize Nine Eleven RSR to conduct necessary road tests and diagnostics before, during, and after repairs. I understand that vehicle performance may vary due to external factors beyond Nine Eleven RSR’s control, including wear and tear of existing components.
Abandoned Or Uncollected Vehicles:
If the vehicle remains uncollected beyond six (6) months, and no communication has been received from me regarding its retrieval, I acknowledge that Nine Eleven RSR reserves the right to take further legal action, including disposal of the vehicle in accordance with UAE laws.
Necessary repairs & spare parts:
I authorize Nine Eleven RSR to undertake and carry out all necessary repairs on my vehicle.
I hereby consent to the replacement of any essential parts or materials required for the completion of the repairs. Replaced parts will be disposed of unless the customer specifically requests their return at the time of signing the estimate proforma.
Customer-Supplied Parts Disclaimer
The Customer acknowledges that Nine Eleven RSR assumes no responsibility for the quality, compatibility, or completeness of any parts provided for installation. No warranty or guarantee is offered on their performance, and Nine Eleven RSR is not liable for any failures, defects, or damages arising from their use.
The Customer further accepts full responsibility for ensuring that all necessary components for proper installation are included. If the supplied parts are incomplete or unsuitable, any modifications, additional labor, or delays will be at the Customer’s expense.
By proceeding, the Customer waives any claims against Nine Eleven RSR related to the installation or performance of customer-supplied parts.
Settlement & Collection:
I undertake to make full and final payment in cash upon the completion of repairs and before the release of my vehicle. I understand that Nine Eleven RSR will not release the vehicle until payment has been settled in full.
I agree to collect my vehicle within three (3) days from the scheduled delivery date. If I fail to do so, I acknowledge that a storage fee of AED 100 per day will apply. I accept full responsibility for any such charges and agree to settle them before retrieving my vehicle.
If I fail to settle the outstanding balance in full within six (6) months, I acknowledge that Nine Eleven RSR may retain possession of my vehicle in accordance with applicable UAE laws. Nine Eleven RSR shall be entitled to initiate legal proceedings to recover the unpaid amount, which may include obtaining a court order for the sale or auction of the vehicle through official legal channels.
Payment Terms & Conditions:
A downpayment of fifty percent (50%) of the total repair cost is required before any work commences. The remaining balance must be settled in full upon completion of the repairs and prior to the release of the vehicle.
Nine Eleven RSR’s preferred payment method is bank transfer. The banking details are provided below for the Customer’s convenience. When making a transfer, the Customer must include the invoice number as a reference to ensure proper allocation of funds.
Should the Customer choose to settle the payment via credit or debit card, they acknowledge that additional processing fees will apply. In such cases, the Customer agrees to share the cost of these fees equally with Nine Eleven RSR. The vehicle will not be released until full payment, including any applicable processing fees, has been received.
Dispute Settlement:
I acknowledge that I shall be liable for all additional costs incurred in the enforcement of Nine Eleven RSR’s rights, including but not limited to lawyer fees, court expenses, and administrative charges.
This undertaking and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of the Emirate of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation.
Vehicle Release & Acceptance Disclaimer
By signing this document and taking delivery of my vehicle, I confirm that I have personally inspected the vehicle and accept it in its current condition. I acknowledge that all agreed-upon repairs and services have been completed to my satisfaction and that Nine Eleven RSR has fulfilled its obligations as per the agreed scope of work.
I further understand and accept that once the vehicle has left Nine Eleven RSR’s premises, Nine Eleven RSR shall bear no responsibility for any claims, defects, or issues that may arise thereafter. I waive any right to dispute the vehicle’s condition after taking delivery or to hold Nine Eleven RSR liable for any issues not expressly raised and documented prior to collection.
